The Hilton app states the parking price is $30 per night for this parking but the garage actually charged $60, more than the $45 valet. I arrived with my two daughters to Cincinnati after an 8 hour drive, valet is “full” and we are forced to park in the attached garage. The hotel made us feel like we were not guests but quite frankly a burden to everyone working! When I asked the desk they said they wouldn’t be refilling it and the restaurant wouldn’t open until dinner. We were downstairs by 9 and saw everything gone. It definitely did not feel the experience I paid for.Īlso, I am aware this is petty but the front desk told us there was complimentary breakfast from 7-10. I tried talking to the front desk and was absolutely brushed off and my emails were ignored. but what was very disappointing was the staff did not try to apologize for the mishap and no one acknowledged how incredibly last minute the cancellation happened. It’s of course understandable that someone gets sick or calls off. There was no availability to rebook us before we left. we got a phone call less than an hour before heading up to the massage. ![]() ![]() After several emails confirming our date/stay would work with a spa service. Honestly, had a rough experience and did get the support from the staff we’d hoped for.įirst off, we booked a stay on a date that specifically could accommodate a momma to be massage.
